Use

Its relative density is 1.49. This product is insoluble in water, ketone and aether, gasoline, soluble in 1% sodium hydroxide, carbon bisulfide, benzene, chloroform, bitter in taste. This product is a typical dithiocarbamate accelerator. At the temperature of 120 to 135, it has a rapid vulcanization rate. When the temperature is above 125, its vulcanization evenness becomes narrow. Can be used with accelerant TMTD, DM prevulcanization inhibitor or anti ager MB, can improve the storage performances of rubber materials. When adding amine accelerants can greatly boost the vulcanization speed. It has strong activation performances to accelerant M contained or TMTD contained Butyl, can shorten vulcanization time. It is also a good activating agent for thiazoles and sulphenamide accelerant. When be used with dithio amino acid, it can boost the vulcanization speed. When be used as the second accelerant in latex, the aging properties of the product can be greatly improved. It is a general super speed accelerant for natural rubber, synthetic rubber and latex. It is widely applied in white products and transparent products, usually used in the production of rubber overshoes, cable, rubber for food, rubberized fabric, medical products and latex products, gum water.

Use direction

Usually 0.1 to 1 share in 0.5 to 1 share of latex.
